Dom has competed at an elite level in both strength and endurance sports, well into his 40s. Consequently, Dom has first-hand experience of training with or around injury, travel, workload management, mental resilience, and breaking down tasks into their components for a needs analysis.
In powerlifting, Dom is a 5X all-ages Australian champion (66kg class), Commonwealth champion and bench press record-holder, and World Masters (age 40-50) champion. He is also NSW under-80kg Strongman champion, and an alpine trail ultramarathon runner.

Improving biomechanics
Helping to train the brain and body to move in a more efficient way for pain reduction, better endurance, reduced injury risk, and better management of quality of life with chronic illness.
